Dr. Schillinger is a board certified dermatologist who has been practicing in south Florida since 1983. He represented the healthcare community on the Ethics Partnership Council at Palm Beach State College. He is an associate professor of medicine at the Nova Southeastern College of Medicine and an affiliate associate professor at the Florida Atlantic University College of Medicine. He is current chair of the Palm Beach County Opioids Healthcare Response Initiative.
Dr. Schillinger received his MD degree at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He served his medical internship at Long Island College Hospital, also in Brooklyn, and returned to Downstate Medical Center to complete his dermatology residency. Dr. Schillinger is past president of the Palm Beach County Medical Society where he was also a founding member of the community outreach foundation, Palm Beach County Medical Society Services. He has served on the Board of Governors of the Florida Medical Association where he also chaired the Council on Ethical and Judicial Affairs.
