Brittney Frazier joined Allegany Franciscan Ministries in 2017 after completing a one-year fellowship with Trinity Health, Allegany’s parent company. She currently serves as Director of Nonprofit Capacity and Leadership, where she leads efforts to strengthen nonprofit organizations and the leaders who serve communities across Florida. Most recently, she spearheaded the development and implementation of Florida’s first Nonprofit Executive Leadership Sabbatical Program, designed to foster creativity that enhances leadership effectiveness while sparking critical conversations about funding norms, nonprofit sustainability, and cultures of care. Brittney also serves on the steering committee of The Rest Roundtable, a collaborative network of philanthropic funders working to advance rest as infrastructure for the nonprofit sector. She is a doctoral student at the University of San Diego, pursuing a degree in Catholic Social Thought in Practice.
